All digital products sold on nfitdiet.com are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once the product has been purchased and access or download has been provided, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchased product, please contact us and we will assist you.

2. Personalized Diet Plans

Personalized diet plans are created specifically for each client based on the information provided during the intake process.

Because these plans are custom-made and tailored to individual needs:

• All personalized diet plan purchases are final

• No refunds are available once the plan preparation has started

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and lifestyle information during the consultation process.

If incorrect information was submitted, adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

3. Online Nutrition Consultation

For online consultation sessions:

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable

• Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered used sessions

If technical issues occur on our side that prevent the session from taking place, the consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments

• Billing errors

• Failure to deliver a purchased service
