Bu politika, nFit Log uygulamasının (log.nfitdiet.com) kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulama, Uzm. Dyt. Merve Tığlı ile danışanları arasında beslenme takibi amacıyla kullanılan bir öğün günlüğüdür.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

  • Hesap bilgileri: Google ile giriş yaptığınızda adınız ve e-posta adresiniz.
  • Öğün kayıtları: yüklediğiniz öğün fotoğrafları, öğün saati ve türü.
  • Farkındalık etiketleri: "neden yiyorum", "nasıl hissettirdi" ve "plana uygunluk" seçimleriniz.
  • Notlar: öğünlere eklediğiniz serbest metin notları.
  • Onay kaydı: KVKK açık rıza onayınızın sürümü ve tarihi.

Bu bilgiler sağlık verisi (özel nitelikli kişisel veri) sayılır ve özel olarak korunur.

3. İşleme amacı ve hukuki dayanak

Verileriniz yalnızca diyetisyeninizin beslenme sürecinizi takip edip size kişiselleştirilmiş öneriler sunması için işlenir. Sağlık verileriniz, uygulamaya ilk girişte verdiğiniz açık rıza (KVKK m.6) temelinde işlenir.

4. Verilerinizi kimler görür?

Kayıtlarınıza yalnızca siz ve diyetisyeniniz Uzm. Dyt. Merve Tığlı ile ekibi erişebilir. Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.

5. Altyapı ve veri saklama yeri

Uygulama, verilerinizi işlemek için güvenilir altyapı sağlayıcıları kullanır: Google Firebase (giriş ve fotoğraf depolama), Google Cloud (barındırma) ve Neon (veritabanı). Verileriniz Avrupa Birliği bölgesinde (europe-west1) saklanır. Bağlantı uçtan uca şifrelidir (HTTPS).

6. Saklama süresi

Kayıtlarınız, siz silene veya hesabınızı kapatana kadar saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde öğün fotoğraflarınız dahil tüm verileriniz sistemden kaldırılır.

7. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Uygulama içinden istediğiniz an tek bir kaydı ya da hesabınızın tamamını kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için helpdesk@nfitdiet.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Aydınlatma metni önemli ölçüde değiştiğinde, uygulamaya bir sonraki girişinizde onayınız yeniden istenir.

This policy explains how the nFit Log app (log.nfitdiet.com) processes your personal data. The app is a meal journal used between dietitian Merve Tığlı and her clients for nutrition follow-up.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

  • Account information: your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
  • Meal entries: the meal photos you upload, and the time and type of each meal.
  • Mindfulness tags: your "why am I eating", "how did it feel" and "plan adherence" selections.
  • Notes: any free-text notes you add to a meal.
  • Consent record: the version and date of your consent.

This information is treated as health data (special-category personal data) and is specially protected.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed only so that your dietitian can follow your nutrition journey and give you personalised guidance. Health data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you first enter the app.

4. Who can see your data?

Only you and your dietitian, Merve Tığlı and her team, can access your records. It is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

5. Infrastructure and data location

The app uses trusted infrastructure providers to operate: Google Firebase (sign-in and photo storage), Google Cloud (hosting) and Neon (database). Your data is stored in the European Union region (europe-west1). Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).

6. Retention

Your records are kept until you delete them or close your account. When you delete your account, all your data — including your meal photos — is removed from the system.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. You can permanently delete any single entry or your entire account from within the app at any time. For other requests, contact helpdesk@nfitdiet.com.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. If the notice changes materially, you will be asked to accept it again on your next sign-in.
