Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 tbsp powdered parmesan
- Optional: black pepper, garlic powder, chilli flakes, thyme
- ½ tea-glass skim milk
- Parchment paper
Method
In a bowl, blend the spices you want with the powdered parmesan. Slice the zucchini thinly. Dip the slices first into the skim milk and then into the parmesan mixture. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Once all the zucchini slices are arranged, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden. Enjoy!
