Ingredients
- 1 small glass quinoa
- 2 pieces smoked salmon
- A pinch of black pepper
- Bay leaf
- Rosemary
- ½ small onion
- Lemon
- Small green pepper (20 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Small red pepper (25 g)
Method
Soak the quinoa in two small glasses of warm water for two hours, then boil for at least 15 minutes. In 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sauté the onion cut into rings; add the chopped green and red pepper and sauté, then add the salmon and cook briefly without drying it out. In a salad bowl, combine the cooked quinoa with the mixture and serve.
