Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 dessert spoon honey
- 1 apple, grated with the skin on
- 1 dessert spoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly crushed
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 dessert spoon lemon juice (optional)
Method
- Mix the oats with the orange juice, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir in the yogurt, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Just before serving, top with the grated apple, walnuts and blueberries.
