Ingredients
- 1 large cup oats
- 3 tablespoons dark-chocolate carob molasses (or plain carob molasses)
- 1 handful chopped raw almonds
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 handful goji berries
- 6–7 sun-dried apricots, chopped
Method
- Mix everything in a bowl and scatter loosely over a lined baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool completely, break up by hand and store in a jar.
Why no honey? Baked at high heat, honey forms HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural), which is best avoided — molasses handles the oven far better.
