Ingredients
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp salt
For the topping: 1 tsp of a paprika-sauce and garlic-powder mix per cracker.
Method
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes, until the chia seeds turn gel-like. Spread the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper about 25 cm x 40 cm. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the tray and, using a pizza cutter, divide into 30 equal pieces. Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, until the crackers are crisp. Enjoy!
