Ingredients

  • 450 g steak
  • 2 tbsp light yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
  • 4 whole grain sandwich rolls
  • 1 medium red onion (lightly caramelised in a pan)

Method

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, and feta cheese. Heat a wide pan. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and the spices you like, and cook them in the pan (3–4 minutes per side). Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing, then slice it into thin strips. Fill the sandwich rolls first with arugula and tomatoes, then the caramelised onion, and then the steak. Add the yogurt mixture over the steak and serve. Enjoy!
