Ingredients

  • 50 g double-minced beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 head broccoli, boiled and blended
  • 3 tablespoons curd cheese (lor)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dessert spoon wheat germ
  • 1 dessert spoon wholewheat flour
  • Cumin, dried mint, cinnamon

Method

  1. Blend the vegetables, then mix everything together.
  2. Rest the mixture 10 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Shape 8 small meatballs and bake at 200 °C until cooked through.
