# Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, **nFit Log** uygulamasını ([log.nfitdiet.com](https://log.nfitdiet.com)) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamaya giriş yaparak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

#### 1\. Hizmet nedir?

nFit Log, Uzm. Dyt. Merve Tığlı ile danışanları arasında beslenme takibini kolaylaştıran bir öğün günlüğüdür. Öğünlerinizi fotoğraflayıp kısa notlarla kaydedersiniz; diyetisyeniniz bu kayıtları süreciniz için değerlendirir.

#### 2\. Tıbbi uyarı

Uygulama bir **takip aracıdır; tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya acil sağlık hizmeti yerine geçmez**. Acil bir sağlık durumunda lütfen 112'yi arayın veya en yakın sağlık kuruluşuna başvurun. Uygulamadaki bilgiler, diyetisyeninizle yüz yüze görüşmenizin yerini tutmaz.

#### 3\. Kimler kullanabilir?

Uygulama, Uzm. Dyt. Merve Tığlı'nın danışanları içindir. 18 yaşın altındaysanız ancak veli/vasi onayıyla kullanabilirsiniz.

#### 4\. Hesabınız

Giriş Google hesabınızla yapılır; ayrı bir şifre oluşturmanıza gerek yoktur. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve paylaştığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.

#### 5\. Uygun kullanım

Uygulamayı yalnızca kendi beslenme kayıtlarınız için kullanırsınız. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden, yasa dışı veya zarar verici içerik yüklenemez.

#### 6\. Verileriniz

Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini [Gizlilik Politikası](https://www.nfitdiet.com/pages/nfit-log-gizlilik-politikasi)'nda açıkladık. İstediğiniz an tek bir kaydı veya hesabınızın tamamını silebilirsiniz.

#### 7\. Sorumluluğun sınırlanması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

#### 8\. Fesih

Uygulamayı dilediğiniz an bırakabilir, hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Koşulların ihlali halinde erişimin sonlandırılabilir.

#### 9\. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These terms govern your use of the **nFit Log** app ([log.nfitdiet.com](https://log.nfitdiet.com)). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

#### 1\. What the service is

nFit Log is a meal journal that supports nutrition follow-up between dietitian Merve Tığlı and her clients. You photograph your meals and add short notes; your dietitian reviews these records as part of your programme.

#### 2\. Medical disclaimer

The app is a **tracking tool; it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care**. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest health facility. The app does not replace in-person consultations with your dietitian.

#### 3\. Who can use it

The app is for clients of Merve Tığlı. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

#### 4\. Your account

You sign in with your Google account; no separate password is needed. You are responsible for the security of your account and the content you share.

#### 5\. Acceptable use

You use the app only for your own meal records. You may not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others' rights.

#### 6\. Your data

How your data is processed is described in our [Privacy Policy](https://www.nfitdiet.com/pages/nfit-log-gizlilik-politikasi). You can delete any single entry or your entire account at any time.

#### 7\. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

#### 8\. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Access may be terminated in case of a breach of these terms.

#### 9\. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
