# Debloating Smoothie

**By Merve Tığlı** · 2026-07-06

You might be doing crunches and pilates for a flat, toned tummy, but water retention, bloating, or sluggish digestion can get in the way of feeling comfortable. This gentle, digestion-friendly drink can help: alongside potassium, it brings the enzyme papain and 4 g of fibre to help settle an unhappy stomach, while ginger and mint may help ease nausea and gas and freshen your breath.

**Bonus:** The probiotic yogurt adds friendly bacteria to your digestive system, which can help with gas.
